For our daily practical work, high-performance team means that we actively and efficiently use the time we have available for work to achieve the best possible results for our customers. We dedicate the time in between to our recreation and our private life, so that high performance becomes possible in the first place.
We also like to refer to ourselves internally as “people”. This means that we in the Strametz team treat each other as equals – regardless of hierarchy or function. Whether management team, consultants or office staff – we treat each other with mutual respect and appreciation and stand up for each other.
We describe ourselves as a high performance team
As a high-performance team, we encourage each other to do our best for our customers and other stakeholders. We give each other honest feedback and challenge each other, but always have our counterpart’s best interests in mind. Our common interest takes precedence over individual interest so that everyone benefits together.
