Whether leadership can really be learned has been addressed as a question many times. In addition to Fredmund Malik, other personalities also advocate the thesis that leadership can be learned. The study by Strametz [&] Associates, which was conducted among 100 learning experts at Learntec, will be published at the end of March. It shows how leadership can be learned and what HR leaders need to focus on in leadership development.
