The intensive training Leading with Good Communication establishes the practical reference to the everyday challenges of a manager, especially in dealing with employees, and provides solution approaches for conflict and stress situations.

In the training, participants find a trusting environment for mutual exchange. By working on individual practical examples, the direct transfer of the seminar contents into professional practice can be ensured. Small learning groups of maximum 12 participants and a pleasant working environment are guaranteed.
