Dieter Strametz developed the behavior-oriented leadership simulation in 1991 and thus laid the foundation for today’s Strametz company. In various, dynamic simulation rounds, participants experience their leadership behavior and its effect in our leadership simulation. They receive immediate feedback and can thus gain valuable learning experience and expand their skills in a protected environment that is close to everyday life.
This simulation, unique in the market, has been a constant throughout the ups and downs of our 25-year company history. We are grateful for the many impressive development moments that we were able to make possible and that also make us a little proud. We can count many well-known German companies among our customers.
In 2012, Erhard Peters and our current Managing Director Michael Kühner gave the Strametz brand a new face and founded Strametz & Associates Deutschland GmbH. Dieter Strametz continued to be active as a shareholder and advisor until his death in 2021.
