On September 10, 2025, Katharina Schlichting, our Marketing Manager, and Anne-Kathrin Fritzsch, Customer Relations Manager, received the coveted award from the German Innovation Institute (DIIND) in cooperation with DUP UNTERNEHMER. The “5-star recommendation from verified customers” recognizes our commitment to innovative personnel development concepts and confirms that HR managers find real added value for their leadership development in our Leadership Simulation.

BIG BANG KI Festival 2025: Where the future is created

The BIG BANG KI Festival impressively demonstrated the transformative power that arises when over 8,000 people from politics, business and tech come together. Digital Minister Karsten Wildberger summed up the urgency: “Germany needs to flip the switch in its head when it comes to artificial intelligence. And quickly.”

These words underline what we experience in practice every day: AI is developing faster than ever before and will become even more crucial in 2026.
