An interview with the Talent Development Specialist from Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland

Between January and April, Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG worked with Strametz on a project to revise and modernize its existing assessment centers and development centers. As of April 2016, the new versions of these tools were introduced for the different target groups in the company. Why did Coca-Cola invest in this development? – An interview conducted by Strametz with Ilsa Zulji, Talent Development Expert at Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG, reveals the company’s motives.
