Future Skills 2030: Why modern leadership must be experienced, not learned
The new data from the Future of Jobs Report 2025 shows it more clearly than ever: the most important skills of the future are human skills – not tools, not systems, not technologies. Leadership, social influence, self-management, resilience, empathy and analytical thinking are among the top future skills of 2030. But it is precisely these skills that cannot be developed in a traditional seminar room. They only emerge when people experience leadership in real life – under pressure, in new situations, in interaction with others.
This is exactly where our leadership simulations come in. They create a realistic experiential space in which managers have to make decisions, resolve conflicts, steer teams through uncertainties and process complex information at the same time. What often takes months or remains invisible in day-to-day work becomes visible, reflectable and can be developed further in just a few hours in the simulation.
