Our solution

The ValuesCockpit offers you a unique and effective method to identify fundamental and specific potentials of talents, managers and key employees. Safe measurement method is used to determine the stable levels of personality. This allows you to make your personnel decisions in a much more targeted manner. A total of six basic personality traits are recorded in two value spaces and three value dimensions. This compares the basic skills (can do) with the current focus (want to do). The knowledge of these potentials particularly supports the development of competencies (skills) and thus leads to more success than with most comparable methods.

We offer you the opportunity to become self-certified for the application of the WerteCockpit. The training and certification WerteCockpit comprises two certification levels.

Certification levels

Training content:

  • Interpreting and reading training
  • Additional Report Special Features
  • Functions and work with the back office
  • Incl. Certificate of completion

Duration:

  • 3.5 hrs. training videos plus practice time (available online and on demand)
  • 1-2 hrs. final web seminar
Upon completion of this level, you may already use the WerteCockpit independently. We recommend the setup level of the ValueCockpit to get a profound understanding of the procedure and to gain confidence in its application.

  • Application exercises
  • Incl. Final certificate
  • Prerequisite is the level D

Duration:

  • 1-2 hrs. final web seminar
Upon completion of this level, you will have a comprehensive knowledge in the application of the WerteCockpit. For your work with managers and junior managers, we recommend certification for the application of the Leadership PotentialCockpit.

Training & Certification Leadership PotentialCockpit

Identify and develop leadership potential in talents, managers and employees - with our training and certification as a Leadership Potential Cockpit Coach.

Our solution

The Leadership PotentialCockpit builds on the ValuesCockpit and measures relevant potential factors that are important for the context of leadership. These factors are based on a meta-analysis in which the previous findings of renowned scientists were evaluated. In total, there are six potential factors that are significant for future success and for targeted development planning. During our professional training and certification, you will learn all about the psychometric procedure with important background information to successfully apply it in your professional practice.

Certification process

Training & Certification Affinity Profile®

Recognize and develop potential in talents, managers and employees - with our training and certification for the Affinity Profile®.

Our solution

The Affinity Profile® is based on Manuel Schuchna’s affinity model and represents a reinvention in the world of personnel diagnostics (published in 2020). In this model, the term “affinity” includes the combination of competence motivation and ability potential. Three types of affinities are distinguished: topic affinities, work phase affinities, and complexity affinities.

The special feature of this method is that the affinity model is deliberately distinguished from a potential diagnostics method that has been customary up to now and that focuses purely on personality traits. For this purpose, the focus is on subject- and topic-specific personnel diagnostics. The profiles obtained in this way can be used to derive forecasts and recommendations for action regarding the suitability of individuals for subject- and topic-specific fields of activity and ways of working.

The Affinity Profile® is, among other things, a new and revolutionary tool for solving problems and issues for individuals, teams and organizations with matching of fields of activity and their fits with suitable persons. For these questions, the Affinity Profile® is unique, as there has been no method or concept for it before. The advantages at a glance:
