For us, this is a valuable award that underlines our pioneering work in leadership development. On September 10, 2025, Katharina Schlichting<\/a>, our Marketing Manager, and Anne-Kathrin Fritzsch<\/a>, Customer Relations Manager, received the coveted award from the German Innovation Institute (DIIND) in cooperation with DUP UNTERNEHMER. The “5-star recommendation from verified customers”<\/strong> recognizes our commitment to innovative personnel development concepts and confirms that HR managers find real added value for their leadership development in our Leadership Simulation. <\/p>\n\n

BIG BANG KI Festival 2025: Where the future is created<\/h2>\n\n

The BIG BANG KI Festival impressively demonstrated the transformative power that arises when over 8,000 people from politics, business and tech come together. Digital Minister Karsten Wildberger summed up the urgency: “Germany needs to flip the switch in its head when it comes to artificial intelligence. And quickly.” <\/em><\/p>\n\n

These words underline what we experience in practice every day: AI is developing faster than ever before and will become even more crucial in 2026. New technologies are emerging, new business models are revolutionizing industries and, at the same time, completely new challenges are emerging for managers and HR innovation. <\/p>\n\n

Together with numerous other entrepreneurs who received awards in various categories, we spent an inspiring evening networking and celebrating the diversity of innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n

While AI is undoubtedly important and is already shaping our everyday working lives, one constant will remain: people in companies<\/strong>. And where people work, they also lead. This realization is at the heart of our philosophy and is what makes our leadership simulation so valuable, especially in times of AI change. <\/p>\n\n
